Best Logo Locks

A logo lock is one which bears the name of an end user who is not the maker of the lock. A logo may be a picture, a stylized rendition of standard letters or just a simple marking which denotes that the lock was initially owned by an end user. While the Railroad lock was most likely the first logo lock in the US, the Best Universal Lock Company seems to be the first non-railroad application to capitalize on the concept. Throughout their history (which only goes back to the 1920's), they have marked their locks with the logo of more than 5,000 different end users of their products. Sorry that you will only see a few hundred here. Usually obtained by an employee, logo locks can be found everywhere from yard sales to collector shows and the nice part is that they are all different.
